Career:Business Analyst
Join our team as a Business Analyst at junior and advanced level and help us manage and improve our AI-driven PV processes. In your role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to optimize them. If you are an analytical thinker with an understanding of business and have an interest in the PV industry, whether you are at the beginning of your career or already an experienced analyst, we would love to have you join us!
What will your job entail?
- Analysis of business needs and requirements within our PV solutions
- Collaborating with our IT, sales and engineering teams to improve our technology solutions
- Collecting, analysing and documenting business requirements and processes
- Developing proposals to improve existing systems and processes, focusing on efficiency and customer value
- Working with project managers to implement proposed changes
- Support the team's decision-making processes by providing data, analysis and recommendations

We require
- Degree in IT, business analysis, management or related field
- Basic experience in business analysis or a comparable role, ideally in the technology sector, or a strong interest in the field and a willingness to learn quickly
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Knowledge of or interest in photovoltaic systems and artificial intelligence is a great advantage
