Career: IT Project Manager
We are looking for an IT Project Manager at junior and advanced level to become an important link in our photovoltaic company specializing in automated control of photovoltaic power plants using artificial intelligence. In this role you will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects from initialization to successful completion. We are looking for someone who has an interest in the PV energy sector, strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively. Whether you have experience or are early in your career and want to learn, we look forward to hearing from you!
What will your job entail?
- Management and coordination of IT projects related to our photovoltaic power plant solutions
- Participate in the development and monitoring of project plans, including schedules, budgets and available resources
- Participation in regular meetings with stakeholders, preparation and presentation of project progress reports
- Identifying potential project risks and challenges, collaborating on the development and implementation of plans to address them
- Working with teams to ensure quality standards are met and project objectives are met
- Direct collaboration with IT leaders, customers and other stakeholders
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of technological trends and their potential impact on ongoing projects

We require
- Basic knowledge of IT project management and interest in further education in this field
- Problem-solving ability, analytical thinking
- Ability to assess the situation and make effective decisions (common sense and perspective)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong detail orientation and ability to work effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new things and constantly improve
- Knowledge of or interest in photovoltaic systems and artificial intelligence is a great advantage
